    While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, the experience doesn't match the luxurious expectations set by the price. The spa is small and the room sizes were disappointing, not to mention the additional charges for breakfast items that should be included. Ups and downs made it average at best.

    Beautifully decorated and clean units and absolutely kind staff in all areas. Marvellous location, ski area, just next door to the ski slopes, the restaurant and the center of Courmayeur.

    A bit small bathroom, too small room.

    Staying for three nights in a Classic Double Room provided an upgraded experience that stood out-excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. The breakfast, especially the French toasts, was fantastic, setting a great start for skiing outings. Accessibility to the town could be better, and while the check-in was smooth, common areas lacked comfortable seating. Would definitely return for the burger place nearby, La Luge.

    The hotel features a fine location that is just a few steps from Parco Bollino, offering the perfect spot for a peaceful stroll, and it's also conveniently close to amazing dining options like La Luge, where I had one of the best burgers ever.     The spa had such a cozy atmosphere with unique cold water treatments that felt refreshing. After skiing, I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi while sipping a warm drink. The staff were really good.
